How should I be playing the 2S38. Its armour isn’t amazing and it doesn’t go as fast as id expected. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Exactly the same as any glass canon in game. Pick a sniping position, some distance from targets and wait for them. Your gun is very effective and you can get kills versus better vehicles if you hit first.
And don’t get hit :) Depending on situation, retreat when enemy starts firing at you.
Should also be aware of aircraft…but if they do target you, not much you can do…move a bit to ruin their aim…
I recall having to play like this with early SPGs like Marder…same concept, distances may be a bit larger…
