So it happens a lot that i cant lock a PARS or a ATGM Hellfire from an helicopter to an Pantsir behind trees, manually my missles explode hitting leafs, branches and whatsover just dont get through but the pantsir not only can comfi af lock on you with out clear sight no he can also shoot simply his missles through a dense forests? i dont know any spaa other than than this can do it…

Helicopters use their optical or IR sight to lock on to vehicles on the ground, using contrast. This is easily blocked by trees. Pantsir uses radar, which can lock through trees to some extent. Also, since the (2023?) change to SPAA, the proximity fuze of SAMs will not be activated until close to the radar locked target (if a target is locked with radar). Regarding your missiles detonating but the Pantsir’s missiles flying through forests, I believe that is simply an issue of chance.
Pretty much any SPAA using track radar can lock through light foliage. It is very unreliable but works sometimes. And both ATGM and SAM can fly through forests with some luck.
