Yes it does, Gajin has failed to advertise it’s game properly in the past meaning that lots of players weren’t expecting to be bombed… unfairly i might add.

Because it’s not funny to be third partied isn’t it? Same reason why aircrafts shouldn’t be in ground battles. This might be the biggest autogoal you could’ve done.

Never asked for your help. someone who needs a plane to win a tank fight will always be inferior regardless of the stats.

That said you clearly don’t have any idea what you’re talking about… you just want easy kill on targets who can’t defend themselves, it’s embarrassing honestly. Don’t expect another answer I’m debating something so stupid has legalized cheating.

In any case, within the first hour of playing GRB, you’ll see planes dropping bombs on poor tanks. After witnessing that, nothing was stopping you from uninstalling the game right then and there, rather than suffering from planes for hundreds of hours.

It was funny at first, then i noticed how stupidly game breaking they are… and i in fact played CAS. It’s not just suffering from plane i was part of the problem then stopped because it wasn’t fun.

Regardless i wanted the “realism” that war thunder offered because nothing else has it and i don’t have access to the ones that do

I have not seen a single trailer or sponsor that didn’t showcase planes and tanks in the same battle. If you somehow came to the conclusion that they wouldn’t be fighting in the same battles, then sorry, but that’s on you.

Exactly at top tier CAS is the most balanced. And exactly at mid tiers it is the most broken, it costs less there, more people have it, more tanks that can be killed with machineguns and early SPAAs are the most skill dependant and the most hard to play as you need to make perfect lead without any assistance.

I mean theres difference in autocannon having dispersion due to shake from the recoil of multiple rounds fired in quick succession and 128mm gun having same dispersion at 100m as long range unguided artillery fire at 45km

But its still absurd. Especially 2a72 (and ukrainian copy) change. It has much less recoil, much less firerate but somehow as precise as 2a42.
Also wot doesnt position itself as realistic game. While wt does and even used to do attacks like this on wot. Yet here we are with 2a72 nerf which makes no sense.

And now wot can probably extract revenge with ads like
“Tired of ai?”
“Tired of tons of copies instead of unique vehicles”

Whenever 2A72 adjustment is or it is not accurate wasnt my point, my point was that IRL there is dispersion but hardly one like in WoT where even IRL fully stabilised tanks have to wait few seconds in full stop before the dispersion circle shrinks enough to land accurate shot.

Ill take actual prototypes and service vehicles (and the overlap in “copypaste” it brings) over whatever is world of tanks cooking

Fair enough.

I would take neither (copy or paper) but I still think they have their right to laugh at all those m44, m55, m4, leo2 copies which serve as grind fillers which you cant even skip if you wish to.

Also speaking of current topic. Wot can flex with “tired of cas in your tank battles?”

Eh. Better this than to deny TT vehicle on grounds of “it was already added to X tree”.

lul, but id take WT CAS over WoT arty any day any week.

No need to deny. Gaijin could make those optional at least if you already grinded it on other tech tree. So if people dont want it, they grind smth else. And if they need it for lineup, they can grind it.
Currently they are necessary to progress further in tech tree and thats my biggest issue with them.

Wot arty cant take away multiple people in one sortie tho.

At the very least I can argue that WT CAS has to rearm and there are some roadblocks to spawning it (whenever they are or are not sufficient is another question).

WoT arty just boots into the match and can start making my day worse in the first second of its existence (practically only after im spotted but thats like 10 seconds tops) and has no downtime as long as it doesnt get killed.

Theyre both terrible mechanics, but at least theres SOME counterplay to WT CAS, however impractical it might be at times.

Yes but when they rearm they might already have some kills while artillery is reloading for another 300-400 dmg hit.

But it does it slowly and with huge reload. Unless you are playing in light armor and it happens to direct hit and deal full dmg.

I bet in most cases I can earn cas and ruin multiple people day faster than arty can score its first kill. Unless its some sadmobile like a10c.

It has huge reload. Not as huge as plane rtbing, reloading and going to tank map, yes. But again, your output is much worse.
Also we have stuff like su25t. 2 kh25ml, 2 kh29t, 16 vikhrs. 20 precise guided munitions. More than enough to basically have no downtime for entire battle. And score kills.

Bigger risk bigger reward I guess.
