If you had to guess it. You can also indicate which nation you usually play against 12.7 GRB Russia.
As a France main, I just recorded 32 losses in a row against 12.7 GRB Russia, during 3-4 days I’d say. The only wins I got were when I actually played along with Russia.
I feel like it’s almost impossible, best scenario very unlikely, to win against 12.7 GRB Russia (especially as NATO force). I’m curious about your inputs though, maybe I have been very, very unlucky during these 30 games in a row.
I have played at different times during a day, so I could play along with Europeans and Russians (during the day), Americans (during the night) and Chineses (during the night). I did that several times.
There were not 8 SPAAs per game, actually just myself and maybe 1-3 more per game. People were taking MBTs in their majority, and they were not low levels as well.
I couldn’t win a single game, out of 32 against Russia. I don’t know what’s going on with this BR, but I don’t think it’s normal to loose that much in a row.
The official dataset shows Russia only wins 55.62% of the time, but I don’t trust these.
I haven’t seem them loose a single 12.7 GRB battle. It’s more likely 90% to me.
China, Italy, France seem way higher than the US or Germany, probably because they sometimes play along with Russia. However, I would say that France actually plays 2, maybe 3 games out of 10 along with Russia. So it seems to me the correct winrate would be more about 20-30%, not 60-70%.
nowadays id say about 40% of the time. its higher than during the KH38 spam days but terminators and the other selective realism choices made around russian vehicles has made the nation i play (which already is known as one of the least competitive at top tier) almost totally unviable above 11.7.
So I just played 10 12.7 France GRB games. 9 against Russia, the last one along with Russia.
I lost 5 of them in the 9 games against Russia, and lost the game along with Russia (I got a nuke but couldn’t drop it hehe). So let’s say 50% russian winrate among the 10 games.
Tbh, 3-4 games among the 5 Russia wins were thanks to the absolute CAS spam they use at that BR. Once they begin using LMURs / Ka-50/52s / venezuelan Su-30MK2 AMV, it’s game over and gg. The allies get wiped out in less than a minute, and the game’s done. The 5th game won by Russia would be because of T-90M stalinium + BMPTs imo.
What I noticed is the game lost along with Russia was lost because of the lack of CAS in russian side, while CAS was present in the other side. In other words, CAS do break a game and make the team using them win easily.
What I also noticed is that Russia had way more difficulties dominating the ground with their MBTs and BMPTs on very big maps. They can’t rush corners anymore, and have to rely on CAS to win the game. But as the vast majority of the maps are rather small, they always keep their advantage against NATO forces.
So basicaly if you don’t want CAS to decide if your team or the other one is going to win the game, like me, just stick to 12.0 (less CAS spam cancer). However, even at 12.0, maps are still way too small in their majority, so russian MBTs and BMPTs will just rush you in corners, and you will loose anyway.
While playing 12.7 Germany, I find their ground units easily dispatched by my Leopards, but mid-game they can turn things around with one good CAS degenerates with SU-30 that resets our positions back to spawn point, there is a reason why I decided to crew the 4th Leopards lol sometimes have to spend all four if we want to fight til the bitter end.
