yes (aka I have no idea but its alot of them, probably like 100,000 per skill per crem member or something cause the higher tier ones cost like 5000 to unlock)

US ground 4 level 100+ crew, 1 level 70 crew, 1 lv 23, 1 lv 46
US air i have 5 level 22 1 level 9 and 1 level 70
