I’ve been chat banned twice for “hate speech.” no im not listing the 8 reasons, but does anyone know how many more offences until I get chat banned? (I’ve been banned twice now for thirty days in a 4 month span). Please tell me below.

I feel you bro. I’ve been chat banned twice for 1 year. I dont think there’s a limit, you’d have to say some vile stuff to actually get perma chatbanned.

The more you repeat the rule breaking, the longer the terms will be. I don’t think there is an established constant number, but the more you do it, and the worse you do it, the faster the longer terms will be put on.
Those people that play the letter games, I report them as hatespeech, but anyone using those sorts of terms, they also get that report.

i will never understand how people get banned? Whats so hard about not being an awful person in chat XD
It must be like drugs to some people having to say some hate speech every match they join. Dont act like an idiot and you wont have to worry about getting banned simple as that

I believe you get 10. You can always reach out to a Game Master and they can let you know. Of course they’ll see your history but that’s the price of certainty. (I’m at 5).
Don’t get rage baited and you’ll be alright. I’m not sure 100% where the exact line is, just to be safe I try not to even swear. (My offenses were well beyond swearing…)

my offense are something like hate speech, wishing death/disease upon someone (or parents or sum like that) and i think harassment. actually wasn’t that bad compared to what my first chat ban was lowk
same, my second offense actually wasnt that bad compared to the first, ill link a screenshot from my first offense (hopefully gaijin doesnt ban me here for putting the stuff i first got banned for)
God forbid that I call my team mates dumb kids who camp a short distance from our spawn and never capture the objective zone. Remember - never play the objective! Just snipe each other from long distances. War Thunder is a game about full frontal penetration and everything else is a lie!

It’s mainly those not being creative enough when throwing insults out to Chinese or Israeli players (or people playing China or Israel in general). Sure fire way for a chat ban.
My best tip for things like this:
If you really can’t contain yourself then physically yell at the screen, you get your frustrations out but no one else has to know and you don’t break the rules in the game.
As for the lengths and amount of punishments this is the general standard:

There are of course exceptions and grave offences will get increased punishment lengths. Some offences can even lead to actual game bans.
