How long do I have to wait for game to acknowledge the fact that I have bought package on Steam?

Whenever I bought starter packs through Steam, the game delivered them to me immediately, now I’m waiting and waiting and I’m starting to worry

If you right click the game in your steam library and select “properties” and then go to the “DLC” tab do you see the recently purchased pack there?
