No stabilizer, abysmally slow turret traverse, limited ammunition. Only two crew members to kill. Insanely slow reload rate on the cap.

If you’re complaining about ATGM vehicles BEFORE the saclos atgm changes, you were already doing something ridiculous. You are now complaining about them after almost all of them have been made close to useless. Congratulations.
