How does Gaijin decide which eurofighter gets a certain modifcation?

Someone made a bug report that the German Eurofighter should have the AMK (Aerodynamic Modification Kit) which basically just makes it a lot more manoeuvrable and it got accepted but the bug report moderators said they will accept it for all 3 EASA Eurofighters eventhough its just germany that has this modification they said it will go to all 3 because its a “consortium project” but why did the Germany Eurofighter not get the same EASA radar as the British and Italian ones if its a “consortium project” and they should all get the same modifications according to the bug report mods?

Because AMK was funded by all nations and ECRS mk1 and mk2 was not

AMK is being developed for ALL operators of the eurofighter and was funded by the whole Eurofighter consortium.

the radars however werent. Germany has taken the path of using an earlier version of the AESA radar, which for war thunder isnt going to change a damn thing for gameplay versus the british and italian one
