i recently got a mosquito with a radar on it but i cant read it
none of the youtube videos have helped me understand
Unless you plan to play SIM the radar isnt important on WW2 planes.

I’ve got a full guide for the radar interface, but it is setup more for high BR radars, it might give some information
A big factor to consider with the mosqutios radar though is that you need to be up high to use it, as flying low will be heavily affected by ground clutter and iirc, will reduce the range in which the radar will operate
Im using the rectangular radar panel as I personally find it much clear than the semi-circle version, this is accessed via settings > air battle settings > “use recangular radar indicator”
This is ground clutter and what it looks like on the radar screen
As you climb, an area at the bottom of the radar panel will clear up and aircraft can be detected in this area

The reality is that the radar is useless in ARB and of limited usefulness in ASB. So I would focus on other areas of flying a Mosqutio for now. Even very high (above 19k ft), the maximum range you’ll pick something up is 6km, as denoted in the top right of the panel.
