How do I go about reporting a moderator abusing there power

How do I report a moderator who is seemingly abusing their status as a mod and I don’t wanna post this persons name as I’m in fear it will have in game repercussions but I have reported this mod multiple times and nothing has been done. I’m actually to the point where I have considered walking away and stop playing entirely since I no longer feel that my account is safe from this person and what seems to be a personal vendetta to get me removed from the game permanently

The only other thing I can say is get multiple pieces of evidence to back your claim up, and to contact the right person.

Most likely, u can just PM another moderator with the correct evidence and politely ask them to report this to higher authority or Gaijing directly.

If you mean a Game Master (they are all volunteers) - you might follow the instructions by @Ion_Protogen (evidence) and contact the community manager @OrsonES - he is their boss.

Let me guess - the name you are referring to is related to a predator animal hunting in packs…

If you honestly ask me, when you start getting paid, you’re no longer truly a volunteer.
But that’s for another day.

So… to tackle some of the issues:

  1. If you have ANY doubts on the reason why certain actions are taken, I.E. your posts getting locked or being taken down simply PM a forum moderator and you will get your answers/If you have any doubts about in-game chat bans simply PM a game master;
  2. Forum moderators operate on the basis of the Guidelines, if you break any rules we are SUPPOSED to take action. It’s not a particular forum moderator that doesn’t like you, I can guarantee you that even if we enjoy chatting with a certain individual we will take action if said person breaks the rules;
  3. There’s absolutely no reason to “stop playing” or “stop using the forums” because of the reasons you’ve stated. If you’re breaking the rules and your posts are targeted by moderation, simply learn from the mistake and follow the guidelines. No need to feel like there’s a hammer ready to smite you if you simply comply with the norms of the forums;
  4. No actions will be done to your account by ANY KIND of moderator unless you’re breaking the rule. So simply follow them.

I assumed that you were talking about forum moderators since you’re not giving the details, but this concept applies to any sort of moderation done by any staff member. If you break the rules, you will be punished for it. If you don’t break the rules you won’t.
