our community found that gaijin has disabled reporting so 0 bans are being issued. Why? is it because you want to extort the Ho-Ri sales with people who cheat?

how are you investigating something like that?
only chat reports can be issued in game, everything else has to be done by reporting it within a server replay
and bans (apart from chat bans) are only issued during ban waves as it has always been
