How can I change my accounts email?

I used my school email for my accounts, and since I am leaving my school this year, the email is going to be terminated, so I need to change it before that happens.

I tried looking online but found nothing, anyone got any ideas?

From what I have read, you can add a second email then, after 30 days, you can remove the primary email and the secondary will become the main one.
