How am I supposed to grind early helicopter?

How am I even supposed to progress and grind the Italian helicopter tech tree?
I just bought the AB 205, and it’s practically unusable in every type of game mode.
I’ve tried Ground RB and you cannot get a single kill because there’s always SPAA or even 50cal turret from tanks can kill you. I’ve tried Ground Assault Arcade, and the RP rewards are so low.
What am I even supposed to do? This thing has standard 7.62mm which won’t damage any ground unit, even most light tanks are immune to it, and you only get FOURTEEN Mighty Mouse rockets which are basically enough to kill a single tank at best…

Use tanks to grind helicopters instead. Expand Italy tech tree look for smth like “research helicopters with tanks” checkbox at lower right corner. All rp from tanks will go to helicopters

Helis don’t spawn in Air RB. You mean Heli PVE Event? Or ground RB?

The most sane method would be to buy a premium.

The most economic method would be to use the army to grind the MI-24D and use that instead. It works OK in Heli PVE for sure.

Yes I meant Ground PvE. I tried some matches and I could only get 4-5k RP per match…

I was thinking the research of helicopters was limited to using AB205

Make sure you have a booster running and concentrate on shooting down AD-1s and landing on capture pads. Don’t even bother with attacking ground targets.
Or,
Do what Gaijin intended, break down and buy the Hind.

Use 300x booster as you can get it from assault modes. Going in with nothing gives nothing.

Without premium time and vehicle, you are limited to about 1300 RP every 10 minutes, no matter how well you play.

If you can, use a booster to improve on it. I grinded the Tzefa B that way, with my better boosters 75% upwards. But remember, a booster works only for 30 min.

Research helicopters by playing ground RB and research the important modifications by playing ground arcade assault. You get a guaranteed 7.5k RP every 20 mins if you win with premium acc (position in team doesnt matter).
