and how are you cheating on console?
no evidence you can cheat on WT for console, even the cheats that exist on PC are extremely limited
iam just saying cheats on consoles exist
and i have been out of the loop on that stuff for atleast 7 years
I checked out jailbreaking, all that stuff is on 360, some say there might be some jailbreaking for Xbox 1 soon, but that’s about it.
yeah on the xbox 360
This combined with this
is the core of the issue.
Yes, the player decides the rule for the custom game. If they set max BR to 1.7, they wont see higher BR machines.
However that depends entirely on person setting up the game.
Person can set a game of Air RB and only allow low BR planes. They dont have to. The same person can allow for entire BR range of planes.
They also have full control over whoever joins their game. If they dont want any opposition, they just dont have to allow for anyone to join.
Assuming you now add SL and RP reward for such games, whos or what is stopping anyone from just taking premium plane with napalm bombs and just bomb bases all day all night?
Someone could literally grind entire TT and spade every plane without any effort whatsoever, since they have full control over custom games.
What exactly prevents some people literally having their PC on 24/7 and grinding through the game this way?
But you can already play custom games this way for fun. You just dont get any profit from it. But thats no issue since you play only and solely for fun, right?
And when using a custom battle edited with the CDK, you could do some really cheesy stuff. Just give yourself instant reload, spawn a bunch of light tanks in a small area, and bring out a BMP-2M. You’ll get thousands of kills without any effort.
Rewards in customs would be cool, but way way too abusable.
I understand you, but then tell me what’s the point of doing crap there? My opinion is that every player would play any battles calmly rather than getting upset about tanks or planes because their teammates are incompetent. In their own battles, a person plays against a person and it also depends on them whether they allow NPCs. Or they can make their own battles the option for someone to get a reward, for example, they could introduce bets. Each player and teammate would contribute an amount and the amount would be divided among the winners. There is also an option to do this.
Oh no, how dare people grind without sweating! Who bloody cares? I could care less of someone bombed their way to the top in Arcade, Realistic, Sim, or Customs. God forbid we have better ways to grind than spending every night and day dealing with sweats, tryhards, and uptiers.
It literally makes zero difference on how someone made it to the top. And hell, why do you care? What difference does it make if someone bombed their way versus spading every vehicle? There’s almost no difference. Just because you want to fight every day and night doesn’t mean everyone does. Also, there’s very little to do with skill either. I’ve met terrible top tier players, and I’ve met excellent “wallet warriors”, doesn’t change a bloody thing. Fight, fight, fight all you want, not everyone wants to.
Completly fine, and you can do that already in custom battles. No change neccesary if they only play for fun.
Were back to where we were already.
It doesnt matter what the condition for gaining SL and RP in custom battles would be, be it task, wager, or some esoteric mathematical calculation that, once solved, will allow you to get to Hyperborea AND get you 50k SL.
Person setting up the custom game can simply set the game up in a way that allows him to fulfill said condition in the easiest and most time effective way in fully controled enviroment, unlike random battles against people.
Gaijin also does Enlisted, which allows you to earn points in Customs, albeit very limited. For “full rewards” you need to have a 6v6. So, of they already have it in Enlisted, why not in War Thunder
this is also lookin like an answer to “16v16 battle is not fun”
People actually notice how many are in a game? I just fly, fire, die, and don’t care if it was 8v8, 16v16, or 64v64 (exaggeration)
Yet, even in this hidden as hard as possible “Forum” full of echochambering and circlejerking, stockholm syndrom infected, grinding Addicts, i get likes for my ideas.
If i get it even here, i know for certain my ideas are wanted by the actual casual playerbase.
But gaijin doesn´t want a fun game, they want to thread the line between addicting and frustrating, so they can maximis there premium sales.
Anyway, i will not bother you any further. This “Forum” is a waste of time.
And people playing for fun.
I fly propeller planes. There’s some grinding to those propeller planes, but I got most that I want outside of having SL for experting them all. PvP has given me some very fun dogfights over this weekend, alongside enthralling struggles for survival fighting my own plane.
This wouldn’t be possible if PvE replaced PvP.
if only you werent so full of yourself.
Your idea is dogwater. there’s no reason to implement it other than stroking your ego
We definitely want change, but we don’t need to change the entire premise of the game. A PVE mode that guarantees us a lot of research is wanted, but it should not be the entire game. Plus, we will need to play the hell out of the PVE mode before the sweats get mad that we are overtaking them in experience, because God forbid people get done with a tree faster than them.
Let people choose whether they want PVE or PVP or PVEPVE. I don’t want to stuck in the endless meat grinding of PVP like the airfield capture mode that is overwhelming the low tier Arcade matches, and the high tier missile furball.
Ehh, not everyone, but there are some.
Kinda, but this game is also fun .
Unless you have a poll we dont know about , you cant know for certain that everyone wants to bomb.
As far as i am aware the average player simply goes by a “Monke blow stuff up” mentality .
Not everyone wants PvE gameplay, just like not everyone wants PvP. Its up to gaijin to find a balance , and claiming that having just one of these is the answer is simply wrong.
No one is keeping you here, there are no chains.
