He didn’t mean it is fastest. As ship was become heavier due to modifications and aging, speed got lowered. That’s why her speed got lowered

Then again I’ve seen some people complaining that Hood doesn’t even die to a magazine detonation, and a tech mod comfirming it. So… I really don’t know who to listen to.

Than your saying is even more nonsense. Is there any capital ships at 7.0 that has better magazine/shell room layout than Hood except Scharnhorst? If you’re saying of ‘Hood being detonated at 10 km’ I’ve said earlier due to underwater trajectory change since La Royale, every capital ships can be detonated by shells bigger than 8 inch.
If you’re seeing Hood staying at that range and become first to be killed, than it is problem of player using Hood. Hood is extreme brawler like Scharnhorst who become safer as range get close as trajectory cannot reach magazine that lies deep down waterline.
