HMS Renown tradeable coupon doesn't work?

IIRC the should be an option with HMS Renown to make it tradeable if you have the BP coupon to do so, but doesn’t seem to be the case.

I’m sure that’s how I recall making BP vehicles tradeable in hte past… or perhaps I’m just remembering wrong??

If you have the conversion coupon and it’s not too late there’s a “modify” button on the vehicle coupon…don’t click “consume.”
