most players want to simply play tanks. then the remaining 3% want to get free kills on defenseless players and have no interest in playing otherwise

I’ve been playing only top tier Italy + squad member America for half a year. 99.99% of the battles are against your kh38mt. And I don’t have any spaa And what? I like it. And why should I piss off? That I have a different opinion than you?
I’m not going to rage about CAS, since I’ve already assumed the existence of the KH-38s. However, I do think that the number of aircraft should be limited, as I have found myself in various occasions on the ground having to capture all the points just because all my teammates are flying around doing absolutely nothing. Of course, many times I’ve been killed by tanks from the enemy teams. Just want to say that spawning a plane is not a solution to the massive overflow of these friendly planes (unless I have to TK them to get them to the ground, which is not profitable at all). Now, I’ll just save you some time and tell you that I’m bad at the game in general, but I just play for fun, and I’m not ashamed. However, I’ve tried to prove my point. Maybe they could limit it, taking into account the number of people alive in the team or the loadout they’re using. A CAS plane is probably going to engage with ground vehicles, while the CAPs will engage only CAS players.
That and I’m currently playing Israel and I can tell the Imp.Chaparral with Mach 2.1 missiles is not going to save us from these planes, also, I can’t say if some SPAAs are OP or not because I have never used them.

I am not mad about CAS existing. I am mad about CAS grinding effortless kills at the enemy ground spawn. Thats why I demand better spawnprotection and penalties for spawncamping.

That’s also a problem, although I don’t think it should be penalized, but all planes (friendlies and enemies) go for the spawn and either you get killed by a missile seconds after spawning or you have to pop smoke like a madman. Not talking about the magnific 3000 Kg glide bombs Su-34 drop on your spawn. And when it comes to my teammates, I mean, they’re Close Air Support, kill the tanks that are more menacing, not the ones that are afraid of even moving from their spawn (I understand they have to kill the SPAAs but besides that there are more tanks). But well, as far as I’ve seen, everyone is greedy here (which basically leads to defeat or not, luck is also a factor).

CAS don’t have to kill SPAA actually. The main target is still to capture and hold the points. CAS can do that very well, even with SPAA present since everyone already flying at a very low altitude and Aircrafts have a much larger area for manuvering, they could easily dodge SPAA while still have impact on the battlefield. SPAA on the other hand can’t do that. They only can defend allies from CAS. But they can’t attack points. On top SPAA have barely any space to move around and are therefore a very easy target, since they have nowhere to hide.
Ground Battles are not Ground Battles anymore. Air Battles (easy mode) would be a more fitting name.

What’s the difference between what type of weapon destroyed yoru tank? Just because you don’t own a single top tier plane doesn’t mean that people who do have them shouldn’t take them and blown up someone like you.

Of course, but well, that’s what everyone does. About SPAAs, I can’t say much as I don’t research them since they can’t amount to much (Israel’s SPAAs) at top tier so I’ve never actually had the need to search for cover.
I wanted to say just now, I have played CAS various times (or tried) myself though I prefer helicopter since they can pop up from a mountain and go. Good thing about the helis is that they’re not fast so they’re easier to kill with a SPAA and it’s ammunitions are generally slow so they can be intercepted (from my experience).
