Henschel Hs 293A-1 - Guided Missile Genesis

Looking past the fact that it will completely break the meta of GRB I think it would be funny to see a Do 217 carrying a drop tank and a radio guided 500kg missile. SPAA’S are not going to survive after this.

considering that it’s manually guided and based on not very Mobile Planes I don’t think it would be too much of a Menace

after all the Fritz X isn’t Gamebreaking either

The Fritz X is a guided bomb that has a very small window of area. The Henschel can be used in straight line missile tossing. It is going to be much more broken. Also considering that the FX is either on the He 111 or 177 which are not light aircraft I think that the Hs 293 is going to be a massive buff.

I figure the best method of balancing regarding GRB will have to be giving the Fritz-X crazy SP cost, possibly making dual F-X loadouts on the bigger bombers cost about the same as a nuke for example

Honestly surprised it isn’t in the game already, given the Fritz-X and Ki-148. +1

except they don’t because the Fritx X isn’t that powerful after all

most of the time in lower tier GRB guessing where a dumb bomb will land works well enough so there is no point in taking a Gigantic unmanouverable bomber to space just to maybe drop one or two bombs and have the target move too far away before it hits

You should add the Do 217 K, Do 217 M, & Do 217 R to your poll

It’s so slow that SPAA can probably shoot down the missile before it even gets close 😃

It seems that gaijin got the 177 wrong as it should be an R4:

can’t one of the do217s in game carry this?

Ignore the red markings as those were for a bug report:
