The old version of voice was previously possible through the Ukrainian client, but this is no longer possible.

Through the Ukranian Client? no. As a sound mod there’s a chance its on the community site. However do be aware that many are outdated. From 2018->2021. Usually its the older file and the way they were done since voice files were not as large as they are now.

Someone might have more depth into the whole Sound Mods although I’m unsure, there is a possible chance someone will make a mod for it, but this is more down to you requesting it.
