Helicopters and HIRSS

Just curious, because I know it’s not just Russian Heli’s with this in real life; but in game, only Russian helicopters have it in game. Anyone know why, I will go ahead and assume it’s because it’s Russia, and gaijin has a love affair with Russian vehicles. For an example, the UH-60L (DAP) has HIRSS, as well as the AG-1Z “Zulu.”

Only some Russian Helis have it as a modification, most other Helis have it by default. The Mi-28s have HIRSS for example, but no modification grind.
