There should be a warning that AA will spawn below you in 30 seconds, or stop spawning them below players. Its so annoying to have a gepard spawn right below you and one shot you
sometimes they spawn just few meters from a helipad spawn

Sadly its one of many problems with heli PVE. I don’t believe its a bug, but instead some kind of proximity trigger issue. Sometimes its literally after you clear a spawn that a new one instantly appears under you too.
I believe the mode is considered “good enough” and won’t be fixed anytime soon. I don’t think they need a warning, they just need to adjust the npc spawn timing. Until then, remember where the spawns are and avoid flying over them.
