I honestly forgot Heli PVE was even a thing. Like SIM its rewards were nerfed to nothing because Gaijin took the easy way out for dealing with bots. Pray helicopters can be used in Nuclear Escalation, that’s your best bet.

Once the area is cleared of SPAA they could run logistics, establish spawn points, or deploy Mobile SPAA/MANPADS. Not that the game director would put that much effort into helicopter mechanics.
