How come years into naval HE-Base fuse for American based ships is still the go to, to kill most ships, and it hasn’t been nerfed? Like you can play a Mikhail Kutuzov, IJN Mogami, RN Duilio, Prinz Eugen, etc… and because of reload, and He base fuse you will lose every engagement.
In addition to this, it easily will hammer out WW1 battleships and do decently vs others.
