yeah, me flying between skyscrapers is already me evading missiles actively by providing hard cover between me and the missiles that constantly disrupts their LoS. This was a fluke and you’re just here to troll.

You would be blown to pieces IRL its clear you have 0 situational awareness " Missile Evasion " is your very first warning someone is firing at you, if you don’t understand how that = dangers, then its clear its not a skill issue, but a listening and a You Issue. New time use Periodic CMs when you’re flying head on into another enemy plane, and learn how to pay attention to your surroundings.
Then why are my stats so much better than yours

a Missile evading means a missile has missed you or ran out of speed, not you flying at ground level and it hitting a building.
How many times you need to be told countermeasures would not have changed the above outcome?

Chaff would make it considerably harder for the guy to lock you, and make the missile more likely to miss, thats why you should have spammed it before you got within 5 k.m of him. He relocked you, and the missile, then re acquired you.

yes, chaff does work at this range, i’ve used it, and people have used it against my aim 120s

Dude did some matrix maneuvers to get that missile on you.
no the missile evaded message pops up after a missile is destroyed after it locked you or you were inside its tracking circle. that means if you were behind a guy who was being tracked you will get a missle evaded message after he for example multipathed it. this also works for IR missiles. so the message could be from a missle at the beginnign of the match that had him in the radar section for half a second even though it never tracked him specifically which simply self destructed this moment.
