i have bug reports from months and they not even looked at.

No the requirements have not changed. Generally speaking, so long as you provide the relivant requested items from the source:
That should be sufficient for the report to move forward. There may be cases were further context is required, or the developers have asked to see the full source for further information if there is a potential information conflict.
However its not required in all cases.
