The music in the hangar randomly stopped working for me. I’ve tried verifying game files, resetting sound settings, and I made sure that internet radio is turned off, but none of that worked. The music works while I’m first loading up the game, but turns off when I am in the hangar. It also plays for a moment when I get into a match.

I think this is just a quirk with the anniversary hangar. It does play music, but it is coming form a specific source that is almost too far away from the aircraft hangar to hear.
You can hear it better when looking at a tank.
I’ve noticed this too, and I’d consider this a bug.
Seems glitched ever since the Halloween hangar was removed, if you switch from tank to plane, it plays for a moment, then stops again.
Same story if you enter a match or custom battle, weird bug if I’ve ever seen one but oh well.
