Guys significant question

guys on the discounts i bought a f4j (uk) phantom, but im playing USA airforce, so i wrote to the support, but theyre still answering (3 days gone) so the question is: will they change my phantom to american? on my account (i didnt play any battles on it)

Game master cant do anything when it comes to the store.

I highly doubt they will change it.

if you havent used it at all theres a chance you can get a refund for it, but I dont know what the current refund policy is

If you didn’t touch the vehicle (not even giving it a crew) and didn’t spend a single GE and have not used a single second from your premium time which goes with the vehicle (0 battles from the point of purchase), then you have like 5% chance they will give you a refund.

If all of above is true, about 10 % chance to switch F-4J(UK) for F-4S.

There is 0 % chance for them to switch F-4J(UK) over to the USA TT as the F-4J(UK) is not an American vehicle.

Overall your chances are not good, but it’s not their fault so don’t be mad at them please.

Game master’s job is to handle in-game chat or name related issues, not support.

If anyone, support is where such an issue may get solved.
