Just Lantirn. With a large display (12x12) though so great resolution.

the D used lantirn, iirc the proposed quickstrike package was going to have litening integration
something to do with the computers passing info to the bombs themselves, instead of just basic hooks to hold the bombs on

Separation issues mostly. The F-14 was a pretty inaccurate dumb bomber because of this.
