Ground Vehicles **PROPOSED** RB battle rating changes

Tell me,are m60 tts and leopard 1a5 at the same level? I doubt it

Leopard 1A5 is better than the TTS, but not to the extend that you make it out to be.

The Leopard 1A5 was never the best 9.3 because it doesn’t do anything exceptional. The CM11, Gal Batesh, Olifant Mk.2 etc are all much better snipers while the AMX-30 Super, OF-40 MTCA, XM-1s and MBT/Kpz-70 were all much better flankers. It was always just decent at everything, a solid all rounder.

Should it move down? probably not, but I doubt it will cause massive issues.

That’s more so because T-62 is overtiered, same with Object 435. T-62 should be 8.3 as at best it’s a sidegrade to T-55A (I see it as a slower downgrade to T-55A with lacking HMG, all this being only Gaijin’s fault).
Object 435 is like second worst 9.0 T serie in game (only finnish T-55M is worse), basically any other 9.0 soviet like tank outperforms it. (best 9.0 soviet like tank is ZTZ’s 88’s)

T95E1 was rather enjoyable back when I played it since it’s basically an american made T serie and lack of stabiliser didnt hurt it that much at the time. But now with so many undertiered T58/XM1’s I bet it’s pretty awful to play rn.

Fair enough.

Yo guys, Can anyone give me some advice? I’m playing Japan on 5.7 and it’s proving to be the most boring experience of my life so far, So much so that while I’m playing I start watching videos and since I can’t concentrate on the game I end up dying without doing anything or at most getting one or two kills, because I’m literally playing without any enthusiasm. Any options?

I was snipping people from 1,500 -2,200 meters then I got shot by XM 246 and died after 2 seconds.
Mobility doesn’t give you as much of an advantage compared to Leo 1. In Leo 1 without engine upgrades or anything I could out accelerate basically everything, but in Leo 1A5 I’m usually the last one at a cap.

This is why I specify in the context of War Thunder. Volumetric makes the early turret way more annoying to shoot.

buddy I had the low ground to a significant degree, which the second shot should clearly show you.

See above

You hit joint of two KV-1 plates, upper and lower one + additional plate covering this joint

Lower or higher is doesn’t matter as you hit the strongest part of KV-1’s hull. Learn to shoot, even WG players do this

Get off of your fucking high horse and ask yourself WHY you think it’s remotely reasonable for that shot to bounce just because it’s a join. When I say KV-1s are genuinely braindead vehicles, it’s shit like this that proves my point. You shouldn’t just be able to brazenly push down a hill and rush a firefly that is looking at you and LITERALLY SHOT A PART OF YOUR TANK THAT IN ANY REASONABLE UNIVERSE WOULD JUST KILL YOU. Genuinely explain to me why you think that’s reasonable game design.

We can make a test, use that KV and I will be using firefly, we will see the results

but this is completely reasonable right? this is completely and utterly fine game design? nothing wrong here?

why don’t you use the KV? I ain’t grinding soviets no more. Crew leveling makes the grind even worse than using the godawful guns did

This killed me. But no KVs are definitely hard to play.

Yes, with Churchill III also everything was fine, because you basically do “spray and pray”. But at least you hit a breach with third shot. That’s the start

Shell didn’t bounced, it failed to pen

Kv-1 is heavy tank. Heavy tanks are meant to have armor. And you mean to learn to shoot

It’s your mistake with positioning that Kv-1 managed push you down. And it’s your mistake that you don’t know where shoot in this situation. Especially if you say kv-1 was higher so that means it needed more time to lower his gun at you because of bad vertical guidance. You have all time in universe and made worst possible shots.

I already had explained and even showed you everything. You refusing accept mistake and learn from it - that’s on you.

The KV-1 (and low tier soviets as a whole) are only nearly as good as they are because of volumetric. You can do literally whatever you want in a KV-1 and you won’t get punished for it. Heavy tanks ARE meant to have armor but it’s completely unreasonable to randomly have the joint between welds be 2cm of armor for no reason. Like that’s genuinely just gaijin jank and I won’t be convinced otherwise.

This isn’t “spray and pray” this is “shooting places that I know for a fact work on every other KV-1 but because it’s a KV-1 you can buy with real money it just doesn’t” (except the fuel tanks shot. unironically bad game design across the board there)

so in the replay this ammoracked me. you know a shot is bullshit when simulate a shot doesn’t reflect what happened in the replay.

Wow, so hard I can’t.

Didn’t worked out for this kv.

It’s just you being bad. For british 76 kv is no problem. Just as I showed

Cool. Volumetric didn’t fuck you over on the driver’s port. Very impressive. What’s your point. That the 17 pounder can go through the front of a KV-1? I knew that.

The point is that you’re suck. Not a single shot you provided was ruined by volumetric.
56 lvl learnt new word and now uses it everywhere
