Put the SAV 201248 at 5.3. Being squishy isn’t a balancing factor, it’s a ridiculous vehicle. Vehicles that shoot full caliber rounds with that kind of reload shouldn’t even be in the game in the first place. Why not 5.0? Because I play 4.0 and I don’t want to f*cking see it in every single uptier I get (almost every game because the matchmaker was made by monkeys).
It has 95mm pen. Also just use a plane. Whenever sav goes on sale I just play aircraft and reap the plentiful open tops that think they are gonna be a menace lol. Swedens doesn’t have any scary aircraft or SPAA to stop me even with the new BR.

And having mid pen matters way less when your reload is that fast. Good for you that you spawn a plane, I don’t want to have to do that. 90% of the time if I die to one of them it’s because I didn’t see them. It definitely didn’t need to stay at 3.7 but I’m not gonna pretend like it’s the strongest vehicle lol.

Just because you specifically don’t have issues with a vehicle doesn’t make it not broken. There’s a reason it’s not on permanent sale and it’s because it’s broken. In my opinion it should be completely deleted but that’s not gonna happen.
Or it’s on sale because gaijin knows they can make more money buy selling it for Swedish ground forces day every year alongside some other bundles…

Penetration isn’t everything, Fox has 110mm at point blank and is 8.0
Though I think 4.0 might be okay for the SAV. The biggest issue is more that it’s fairly small and good players bush it up. Making it difficult to see in RB.

No, scummy players bush them up, same with any small vehicle or vehicles with one small to hit weak spot, because those types of people would use cheats if they didn’t get banned for using them so they do the next best thing, and also change their camo so it looks like a dead tank.
Actual skilled players would use the sav at top tier for the funny, or actively point themselves out for a challenge, because seal clubbing isn’t actually fun if you’re not a total dick.
Mine wears a wizard hat, I don’t have a pic saved of it since it’s not as silly imo as these but this seems up how most of my vehicles look
I’m pretty sure the bright lights aren’t very stealthy but it hats the point of having them if I don’t use them

Nah cheats are something players bring in on their own, while the bushes grass attached to tanks are a service provided by Gaijin. Please don’t talk about them like they’re the same thing.

Although i fully support the idea of new player retainment, i believe pure decompression is the best way, moving these vehicles up in BR will only compress 4.0 - 5.3 a lot. Unfortunately Gaijin will never decompress their game.

Yes, I too believe increasing the total BR’s available is a better idea but Gaijin have shown time and time again they’re unwilling to do this.

Since we’ve increased the BR of many early Rank III tanks, it would make sense to also increase the BR of tanks such as KV-1E (ofc also KV-1B), KV-7, T14, ,etc. This tanks used to be one full BR step higher than the first iconic WW2 tanks, now they sit only .3 and .7 away, which makes it much more likely to encounter them with tanks that are pretty much useless against them.

And no, it was never one full br step higher. your crazy to think the KV-1E, B should go higher, they can struggle against a lot of 5.0 tanks due to their lack of pen. KV-7? Really? You have a problem killing that or something?
T-14 is good, but I’m not sure it warrants a br increase either.
Sounds like you struggle to kill heavy tanks and blame the brs vs your own skill.
