The only one I can sorta understand is the 4.7 KV-1 considering it has to face 5.7s such as the Tiger H1.

Its performance / armour is similar to the KV-1E from my experience.

Then again, the Swedish KV-1 Prem is 4.7 and looks to be better but not as usable as the KV-1C.

I disagree hard with that the T1E1(90) is worse than the Tiger H1, however if it deserves to be moved up to 6.0 is still debatable (I’m personally still unsure).

I’d say they’re just as good.
T1E1 has better mobility and ~30mm more penetration, but Tiger H1 has better armour and one-shot overpressure APHE.

If T1E1 90mm should go to 6.0, then I think so should the Tiger H1s.

Yeah the mobility, especially the reverse, is why I enjoy the T1E1(90) so much. It kind of feels like playing a high tier MBT in terms of mobility.

Only the acceleration (and armour / top speed) is lacking, but you can usually work around it at 5.7 (unlike at 6.3 with the T25).

2K has a Leopard 1 turret and has 6.7 seconds, which suggests that the 120 and 105 have the same reload in the Leopard 1 turret, and then when we look at the 2AV, which is basically a Leopard 2A0, it has 6s reload for a 105 and as we know the 2A4 has 6s so I bet TTD will get 6s

complains that the kv-220 has sub par armour at 6.0 and claims the t1e1 has enough volumetric troll spots that it should be moved up to 6.0

Yeah but, 98% of the time, they’ll have no idea how to pen it. And honestly with the same logic, the Zis-5 and KV-1S should go down too.

You’re forgetting the fact that the T1E1 90mm has only 4 rounds for its first stage.
After that, its reload turns into ~10s, which is very below average compared to everything at 5.3-6.0 other than the 122mm found on the KV-122 (which all have no first-stage, including the KV-220).

If you do somehow still have your ready rack up, that’s just one extra place where they can shoot to instantly kill you too.

Even with the best overpressure round for a heavy tank at 5.7 (Tiger) barely does anything :

The only true weakspot is the turret ring, but it’s quite small and easy to hide, especially with bushes.
It’s also unreliable with anything other than overpressuring APHE, such as PzGr found on the Tigers:


Barely anyone plays T1E1 90mm in Squadron Battles at 6.0, let alone 5.7.
Quite a lot of players play the Tigris or Tiger E for 6.0 Squadron battles, though most people (if they have it) run the KV-220 despite it being ‘underpowered’… I wonder why?

Well in the instance that they move the 6.7s up that I mentioned, then it could remain at 6.0, and get a 6.7~ secs reload.

As it stands right now, there is a lot of guns 85mm or bigger, or even the long 76mm that can put holes in the welds on the turret…

I blame an old bad damage model for this, but if it’s model got updated, and it’s reload speed was buffed, it should stay 6.0

Yeah the T-34-85 STP is a weird one, but again, if we’ll preforming 6.7 heavies get bumped to 7.0, it should stay at 6.3.

Centurion mk.2 is weird, it’s not very mobile, and it has decent armor, but it shines in the gun department. It reminds me of a slightly more mobile Black prince

Again, if the vk 30 moves up, and the other 5.0 bully tanks, then the KV-1E would be fine at 4.3

We are not grading your performance here we are grading the general stats

Your expectional performance as you call it only being 1.4k rating shows that the general playerbase has great median stats

The turret armour is quite good for a fully stabilized 6.7.

What we need is decompression since I don’t want to face a KV-1E at 3.0, and I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t want that either.
