Ground Vehicles **PROPOSED** RB battle rating changes

Never have issue with Centurions mk.1 and mk.2 (funny, HE is good vs PT-76 too)

Lmao- Okay neat, never happened to me in my whole time playing the Strv m/42 lmao

hmm. Now i wonder can you over-pressure the Pvkv II-? since its crew is divide into two parts-?

you’re just lucky to not facing some good players. So many time HE shot save me alot of trouble… I hope to see 105/120/165mm Hesh working better than the 155 of the T58

Considering the ol UK loved 🅱️ESH

Unironically i have used HESH on the Strv 105 and just rangefinded into the distant bushes where i saw an SPAA muzzleflash into the sky and then shot, waited 5 seconds and started driving then

Target destroyed.

And i wheezed so loud i think the neighbors got concerned

It was a GEPARD so- Fair game lol didnt feel that bad

When i played it a good while back, it was so ass. Slow turret, very low pen…
it’s not op

The Strv m/42 DT’s current 5.0 BR does not accurately reflect its performance when fully upgraded, particularly in downtiers. While the stock vehicle may feel underwhelming, once spaded it combines a very fast 3.5–4.0 second reload, effective 75 mm APHE (~149 mm penetration with good angled performance), good mobility, and a compact, enclosed turret with a large breech that absorbs spall, giving it higher survivability than is often assumed.

Turret traverse and penetration are adequate for 5.0-5.7 once upgraded, sure low compared to shermans that dominates close quarter brawls in most BR’s, and its internal layout allows it to survive alot of hits As a result, it performs noticeably better than many vehicles it commonly faces at 5.0, especially in downtiers. And i really dont see where the negative opinion comes from.

This vehicle isn’t overly overpowered but its performance is overly performing against 4.0-4.7 vehicles. So, It does suggest that 5.3–5.7 would better align its spaded performance with appropriate opposition.

Comparative Statistics.

Note: M4 sherman APHE is 149mm aswell, the 191mm is the APCR

5.3 may be better, but I’ll look when I get on later

Can someone show me someone who has actual good stats in the Khriz? That ground radar is a gimmick if I’ve ever seen one. 6 years ago I swatted a helicopter out the sky at 4KM away… about the only good memory I have in that thing. 99% of the time you’re better off with BMD4/BMP3/AFT09 and the rest, especially when you often find yourself manually aiming the Khriz since the radar will be aiming centermass most of the time. It’s not even like the BTR-82AT where the launcher is far higher than the vehicle and you can hide the chasis - Khriz will have you exposing the chasis more often than not to get a shot off.

Maybe the Khriz is the sacrificial lamb put up to make this thread seem like it is less biased towards USSR?

You can extend this to like 90% of dedicated ATGM carriers

Yeah the Kriz is bad, but trying to create viable lineups while also creating fairness is the goal.

As far as the btr-82at I’m not really sure that thing preforms well, the 30mm likes to shatter, and thanks to the atgm nerfs forever ago, they drop like 2 feet for about 30 feet before flying straight, often making your atgm hit something and not the target.

And its armor is actually worse than the normal btr, given its ATGMs are stacked right behind the turret often being hit by poor shots, and lastly it’s “spall liner” does quite literally nothing.
I think I have a couple clips of that.

Cool. Are those ATGM carriers in the proposed list of BR changes?

I’m not saying BTR-82AT is good or bad.

It’s just an example of an ATGM launcher that can actually be used without exposing the vehicle:

Spoiler

(Though, it does have a bad ATGM drop so your mileage will vary on whether the ATGM will eat the dirt after launching from behind said cover)

If the Khriz had launchers situated further above the chasis, it would be so much better. But alas.

I think I once killed a very unaware and bad plane player with it.
It’s probably the best kill I’ve made with that vehicle.

Uhh, when is this going to happen??? I mean some tanks need this, like T85

Can you do the same topic about the heli?

Yeah I can

Here you are @AntoSA

This should go for sim too — It’s currently in the same bracket as Sabres and the XM803. Because of the forced fun sight, pinpoint weakspots cannot be hit reliably without a LRF/FCS. Relikt makes this thing a nightmare to face with most vehicles.A vehicle that entered service in the early 2010s has no business being here or with early model M1s.
