Definitely.
It’s one of the only AAs that can engage helicopters effectively at that BR. Tracerless HE-VT with that fire rate is pretty brutal.

Only if the M822 is a tier 2 modification, I’m stock grinding it, and it is utterly useless before then, since it no longer gets an AP belt; heck, I can’t kill leopards or OF-40s before I get shot and die.
You made a mistake, za-35 is 8.7 rn, and FYI for the magach 6m M111 is literally DM23, not a contemporary

This list is old, the za-35 was 8.3 when it was made.
Also, just shoot the optics on any tank, the m247 is likely to over pressure them.
I’ve done it to Leo’s, t series, MBT-70s, of-40s etc.
Id have to look at the mods list before I chimed in on that
still doesn’t make it any less painful to play, M822 needs to be lower as it’s MUUCH worse without HEVT

its not good enough for 8.3, it barely has any air tracking and the range is horrid (pretty sure the drag doesn’t let rounds get further than about 2 km)

M163 should really be 7.7 again, It’s crazy that thing can even see 6.3 planes when it’s a Vietnam era spaa

Being a rather mobile platform with good penetration and survivability, it’s a miracle these tanks have stayed under the radar. They out preform most of what they will ever see.

Italian low tier tanks, GRB:
M15/42 2.7 → 2.3
Low caliber cannon, which is often incapable to penetrate even same br tanks, let alone in uptier. Mobility and armor don’t justify br either.
AB43 2.7 → 2.3
Good mobility, but again too low penetration for that br, especially compared to other similar “light tanks”.
M14/41 (47/40) 2.3 →2.0
While it is a bit better armed than the regular M14/41, the difference is not that big and its mobility makes the tank too slow to compete with other tanks of the same class, equipped with relatively low caliber cannons;
M13/40 (II) 2.0 → 1.7
M13/40 (III) 2.0 → 1.7
Rather slow tanks with a not that good penetration, below average armor, its competitors are placed lower in br.
M13/40 (I) 1.7 → 1.3
Same as the second and the third series, but with much longer reloading time, which makes it less capable.

m163 is fine at 7.3 with 2km range and bad tracking the shilkas too they are fine in 8.0

M163A2 at 8.3 sure. M163 is fine where it is right now maybe up a bit
M163 should probably be moved back to 7.7
It’s not bad, it just requires actual sentience to use. Something that most SPAA mains don’t have.
I’m not saying M163 should be same BR as Gepard. I’m saying that rank 5+ SPAAs in general needa be moved up.
All helis except non-ATGM helicopters should go up too imo
