I’d prefer in general nations to be in the game as production nations and the vehicle variants (even exports) to appear as a variant with their own niche/ modifications.
Ex.
Mirage 2000C S-1 base variant, the first C
Mirage 2000C S-5 (last variant of C)
Mirage 2000EM (Egypt, practically base E)
Mirage 2000EGM (Greece, Exocet capable)
Mirage 2000H Vajra (India, able to carry R-73Es)
and all the other differences they may had.
Foldered, each its own BR and for the variant to be valid it should have a big change , like more powerful radars etc, different weapons and capabilities.
I think more nations would appear that way and it would be tidier.

Nations that are possibly viable such as Poland, the former Yugoslavia and the former Czechoslovakia should have been in game instead of an Israeli tree, possibly even as one combined tree.
The Greek, Israeli etc mods should have been in the US, French, German or British trees as appropriate skins as that’s all they really are in a computer game while unique Brazilian, Argentine and other country aircraft in the one of the main trees as they probably used avionics, weaponry, engines and designers from the big nations anyway.

M2K in Greece never had 9Ps.
Mirage F.1CG at first when we got them had 2x9Ps. Then in the 80s they got another upgrade and were able to carry 4x9P variants, mainly 9P-4. They picked 9P instead of Magic because they wanted to not buy specific supplies for them and 9Ps were already used by every US type we got.
They were never wired them or had the capability of 530s. They didn’t have the modules to use them.
With the same logic all Polish and Czechoslovakian mods should be in the USSR and Ukraine as in was part of the USSR

Well, they have different weapons , radars and EWs (because at some point we’d get EW/ECMs too) . In any case, foldered, variant whatever it brings in the table is nice.
Ex. M2000C and EGM are not the same,different electronics /radars and EGM has Exocet that C doesn’t.
M2000-5F has worse radar than Mk2 , can’t use Scalp-EG , Exocet or A-G guided weapons…
