Just talking strictly about the F4E AUP here, and I guess the F4E Terminator 2020 by extention. (Sorry don’t post here very often).
Greece has somewhat of a history in game, as deos Turkey. Dispite having unique vehicles. (M60 AMBT comes to mind), they have gone to the nation that made the chassis base. Greek AH-64A replaced the premium Israeli AH-64A in the US tree, and the M60 AMBT is again in the US tree.
Knowing gaijin they are going to keep trickling down vehicles, until a more fitting home is implemented but as of right now. I have a feeling if more Greek and Turkish vehicles are added they will be either Event, Premium, or Squadron vehicles. Not like the AUP is adding much to a tree with one of the best cas setups in game, same with the Terminator.
The AMRAAM capability of the AUP is going to make who ever receives it have basically a F4F ICE with better A-G. And knowing Gaijin it is probably going to have way to high a BR for its flight performance to matter because Aim-120Bs*.
The Terminator is a little better off, being basically a Turkish Kurnass 2K, that once upon a time used Aim-7s. It’s heavily focused on A-G, with A-A being secondary. Other then a pair of yet to be implemented Popeyes, its going to be a slightly better Kurnass 2K. Personally Israel deosn’t need anthor Kurnass 2K, they have thier own sans Aim-7s but people typically run the forward bay Pythons which block Sparrows anyway.
Sorry for a bit of a rant, just my thoughts. Disagree agree with me I don’t care this is just my 2 cents.
yes but they need 4.5 gen aircraft they are the only TT without a rank 9 and Greece can cover this, as of Turkey i dont think it will go to Israel because Turkish players don’t want to (correct me if i am wrong )
The F4E Terminator 2020 dispite it’s name is not a 4.5 gen aircraft.
Edit: Neither is the AUP, they are heavily upgraded Phantoms.

Then why even talk to me? Personally I try to aviod top tier because it isn’t as fun as Fox 1s and 2s. Modernized Gen 3s like the ICE and AUP are pushing it but unless Gaijin just hates that vehicle(s) for whatever reason a F4E Terminator and AUP should not be faceing E2Ks, F-16Is, F-15EXs, etcs. I made it pretty clear I was not talking about the most modern tech.

@Smin1080p_WT any chances we will get some Greece or Cyprus additions next update? Looking forward to some fillers for Israel TT. And it’s probably to early to ask this but ya never know🙏 (probably will be later in the year)
its a national holiday in Greece, so it would be perfect to say same think today

Would be very cool. I sadly feel though that they probably won’t cause it is gaijin after all. I’m very happy though that they are talking for the additions of adding them. And people can be mad that it is being added to Israel but they do have joint military operations together and strong ties. Plus gaijin added the addition to change flags for nation representation. (I personally would have liked chile to be added instead) but I’m not complaining as like I said, I will love any addition/fillers for Israel as it’s my favorite tt.

yea but its just a proposal for the Greek army it never get tested by the Greek side as far as i know, it is just a proposal for an IFV the same with the kf-41 so Greece cant take it, but it would be a cool addition in France
