I recently added the American Bf-109 F-4 (premium) to my wishlist and just received a coupon for it after a game.
I am curious if this is something you guys have experienced before and if adding a premium to your wishlist makes it more likely to get a discount for it? It would make sense after all.
The only thing that makes a coupon more likely in my experience is playing the nation of the vehicle and the appropriate mode (air/ground). I once had 3 different coupons fro the french Yak at the same time.
I really want to get this aircraft with the coupon actually but it is the ugliest premium I have ever seen and they wont even approve my post in the “suggestion” part of the forum to add in new camoflauges for it- I tracked down excellent ideas for new skins and included pics of them and they still haven’t approved the post.
I don’t think it does, or at least, I’ve never experienced that.
The only thing I have ever noticed consistently increasing the chance of coupons was playing that nation’s specific tree. I.e, when I grinded Israel air, I got offered a discount coupon for the F-84 literally countless times.
Sometimes people get these special ‘personal discount offers’, I have only ever been given one of these, and it was for two vehicles in the Italian tree - weirdly, like a day after I bought Tigris and the BF-110G4 at full price. (Usually always buy premiums during sales).
So now I have a tinpot, anecdotal theory that buying GE prems for full price can give you a sympathy discount on something else lol.
I have bought the SMK, the M4A1 FL10, the Char 2C bis and a couple others when I got discounts when playing the nation’s tanks. I have a couple French premiums like this because I mainly play france
Aye, I’d only played Italy like <100 games in total when I got my personal offer for it.
Can’t remember exactly what vehicles it was, the M26 and something else iirc. I was just beginning my journey to unlock all HU vehicles using only HU vehicles so didn’t get it, was only a 30% off anyway.
It was just odd that I got it the day after I bought GE premiums at full price for the first time since the personal offer feature was introduced. Made me think they could be related.
