The T-62, like other vehicles, only comes around for special occasions. It is not a lonesome vehicle in this aspect, as there are similar premuims in other trees.
However, rioting because gaijin is going to add a chinese vehicle to the Japanese Tech Tree through Thailand is stupid. It is merely a video game, if your pride is so hurt by this action you might want to consider rethinking your life priorities.

From what we can see now, staying out of politics isn’t absolute. If they really wanted to stay neutral, Gaijin could boldly add captured vehicles from the Russia-Ukraine war. But would they dare?
I don’t know the answer to the topic, but what would you like to happen? Besides knowing why some thing was hidden I mean.

Also they did say that they may add the T84 to the USSR tree in the future but not yet as they are uncertain if it is in ukrainian service
