Give the F16AJ a better radar

What other radar slinger has to cope with this lv radar?

If it exists iv not used. Even the phantoms are better from memory

The radar + sparrow for whatever reason obviously isnt compatible.

Putting the chinese radar off the same jet that was made 13.3 would be the easy fix

If not we have more excuses of why this is happening just to keep the AJ broken due to the fact it doesnt exist IRL.

It honestly no wonder after a decade WT is still a mess

Changing radar doesnt break anyones immersion, just band aids the AJ so it can be used

MiG-23s, MiG-21s (minus Bison), literally every vehicle with an early PD radar (early F-4, F-4EJ, etc.)

But it does… you can’t give an almost fictional vehicle a better radar because someone can’t use it.

This jet is 12.7… plays vs 13.7

Mig23 IF you get lock the 24 = death
The phantoms with dogfight sparrows also slap.

Think about it. Theres an F16AJ that kills you. Doesnt matter which radar it has as you dont see it. The only argument is the AJ didnt exist… fair but it does so can me made to actullly operate

it doesn’t… the actual “F-16AJ” is the YF-16A that didn’t even have a radar.

I ment it does in game.

I get that argument but its too late now as gaijin added it way before i started playing WT

And they will remove it eventually.

you know what gaijin needs to do to the F-16AJ?

Having sparrows track a target thats flying head on would be a good start.

They should just remove half of Japanese TT as seemingly fiction is contagious in that TT.

Fixing the shit show is a bigger priority

Game is broken

you can notch any radar that uses filtering technology in the entire game without chaff as far as I know… it just becomes increasingly harder. You just need to make their radar see the ground and then zero your closure speed, and you won’t need chaff because the radar will filter you out entirely so it doesn’t get blinded by the ground.

I would need to see what the missile was looking at by watching the replay myself to tell you if it is bugged or not here.

The replay is of the ingame clip i posted of head on sparrow fail

Its tracking the jet thats 12km+ away that is roughly 3 0 clock of target. Or more or less 90 degree. The only way it could of been more off target if it went backwards

This isnt a one off either. I said it would happen with no footage. 3 games later…
