These all have better radars and better missiles. This still doesn’t make the AJ radar bad. You are flying into a group of 5~ enemies and expecting perfect guidance.
Either way, you can’t just give a vehicle an ahistorical better radar because you don’t know how to use an early PD radar with Sparrows. The F/A-18A has a better radar AND better missiles, the F-14A has one of the strongest radar in game AND better missiles, the F-16A MLU has a better radar AND better missiles. You saw my clip, I kept guidance in a head-on while turning away quite sharp.
Thailand has multiple F-16s that can fill the spot. The F-16A OCU could, as it realistically never used AIM-120s or Python 3s (iirc only F-16B OCU did). It would have 7Ms and 9Ms, which would make it 13.0 at lowest. The only vehicle that can fill the 12.7 gap would have to be the XF-2A (E) with 7Ms and 9Ls.

Think about it. Theres an F16AJ that kills you. Doesnt matter which radar it has as you dont see it. The only argument is the AJ didnt exist… fair but it does so can me made to actullly operate
you can notch any radar that uses filtering technology in the entire game without chaff as far as I know… it just becomes increasingly harder. You just need to make their radar see the ground and then zero your closure speed, and you won’t need chaff because the radar will filter you out entirely so it doesn’t get blinded by the ground.

Its tracking the jet thats 12km+ away that is roughly 3 0 clock of target. Or more or less 90 degree. The only way it could of been more off target if it went backwards
