And as for why because of shell shatter it can’t even pen a m551 from the front
As the AMX10P already has dm63 with the same gun I see no reason why not to.
Next br all vehicles that use this gun as a secondary weapon are at 8.0 and up but are stuck with garbage apcr all I ask is for apds dm63 that way I can gut the pesky xm800ts and if I’m lucky a bmp tell me what you think

Second of all… The F2 has zero belts that contain only APCR. The default belt doesn’t have APCR at all, and the AMX-10P even has the APDS you describe.
Could be a decision made for balancing, like the 30mm on the T-72M2 Moderna, its the same gun as on the BMP-2, but that can only use a AP/HEF-I belt, while the BMP-2 has APDS 2 full BRs lower (It could also theoretically use the APFSDS the BMP-2M has, but the Moderna was a 1992 project and the 3UBR11was developed around 2010).
yes, but the F2 is chambered for 20x139mm so it can use the same belts as RH-202, HS820, KAD a/b etc.
They cant complain, they also have un-historical (but theoretically usable) DM-63 ammo.
I think Gaijin is afraid of giving mbt with 20mm autocannon apds or apdsfs, since then they would do gun and track torture much easier, but then they kinda nerf autocannon damage toward barrel so it just another gaijin inconsistency.
