Why sadly ? Because the gun has only HVAP and HE. I would love to get APHE on the 20mm (or APDS/APFSDS)

yeah, those APCRs are pretty bad tbh. Still usable but seing “shatter” shooting an AA side is crazy

Yes, Gaijin did realy ruined HVAP, not being able to pen the side if a bmp is sad. I would trade a few mm of pen for post pen damage and no shell shattered.

Ironically the WHOLE point of HVAP/APCR is to STOP the penetrator from shattering. the outer soft case is a “shock absorber” to protect the penetrator core on impact with the armour.

That apfsds projectile was developed in the 70’s, so anything later than that should be able to fire historically (brenus, amx-32’s and amx-40’s). But if we’re talking compatibility, then it would be every tank equipped with the french 20mm autocannon.
