Get the Iranian F-14A IRIAF in the ‘Persian Tomcat’ event

Disregard my prior statements suggesting that the coupon grind was too hard!

I just realised I was making the calculations on a 14 day deadline because I was not going to be able to grind for 4 days this time. My subconscious had forgotten about the event actually being 18 days and not 14 xD.

If it hadn’t been for my absence during those 4 days, I would have probably been able to grind this event just fine, with some effort, obviously.

I still think it’s hard, but without the “too” part; doable, which is fitting, considering the reward is 40 GJCs on the short term and potentially more on the long term.

…and some people say that “I am too obstinate to reconsider my positions”, lmao.

Don’t you ever get tired of being this shitty towards someone else who hasn’t done anything to you?

No, cause if your takes are bad you simply get called out for it, just like Razervon does.

To be honest, after Great Britain and Sweden acquired Russian military equipment under far-fetched pretexts, Russia has every right to receive this equipment for itself.

UK didnt recieve russian gear.

India did, which is a subtree of UK.

India is not a subtree of Great Britain. Otherwise, Argentina and Poland could be added to the subtree of Germany. Otherwise, following the example of Great Britain, Iran should be added to the subtree of Russia or China, but not the USA. You can also add North Korea to the USA. That would be funny.

Wrong 💀

It was confirmed by devs in this very thread because people already made the same argument as you.

That’s the neat part.
No.

In time, when Fakour/Sedjil/R-27 been proposed/implemented in F-14 - Iran not be a friends with US for sure.

If you want a IIAF Tomcat, which can be in US tree - it must have only “vanilla” armaments of F-14, which been delivered by US.

In this case, Iran looks much more organic in the Russian subtree than in the US tree. Iran looks at least stupid in the US tree!

But Iran isnt a subtree.

Iran is currently the same as Canada or Australia.

Canadian ADATS went to UK, but canadian Leopard 1 and Leopard 2 went to germany.

Australian WW2 tanks are in UK, Australian Abrams is in US.

India is indeed a sub tree of Britain. We have confirmed this multiple times.

Once again, if a nation has a designated sub tree, it’s vehicles go to that nation. (EG Indian vehicles like the Bison or Bishma go to Britian)

If a nation has no sub tree, it’s vehicles can go to whoever is most relevant or based on the needs of that nation. In this case, Iran has no sub tree and this is a US aircraft. So it goes to the USA.

They have around 0 rights to it tho

It doesnt matter if its IRIAF or IIAF Tomcat when in the end of the day the vehicle is indeed a Tomcat - US made vehicle exported to Iran and since its a US vehicle it goes to the US tech tree

Why, it’s a Tomcat of which atleast two are already in the US tree.

In that case, why won’t the US add it in the form in which the US supplied it to Iran? Accordingly, without Soviet missiles!

How does this not matter?! The US supplied the Tomcat in this form and with this set of weapons?

We don’t add other aircraft to other trees without AIM-9 Sidewinders just because they are American missiles.

Missiles don’t define what nation an aircraft goes too.

Well, let me include it in the version in which they were supplied to Iran. That is, without this missile and with simplified equipment.

The US never had an aircraft in the form that they add. The US’s adversary had such an aircraft.

We currently have no plans for a second Iranian F-14, so there is no need to reduce the capabilities of the current one.

This is just double standards from the developers. And adding another unbalanced aircraft to an already unbalanced nation in terms of top-ranked aircraft.
