I somehow forgot about them lol
I’m forgetting, is Thailand officially a subtree for Japan, with the recently added Tie Fighter?
I get why it’s going to the US, but I can’t agree that, of users outside this forum, that’s the more popular choice. I get the feeling that if there was a poll in the game, the results would not echo the same as what we see here.
This forum isn’t really indicative of the whole community’s sentiment.
Anyways, no changing it so is what it is.
Will we see more Norwegian vehicles for Sweden?
Maybe also in the form of tech tree, and not only premium?
Yes and no, as while those parts are fabricated domestically they are still designed to match US specifications as required to fit a US manufactured aircraft.
Nobody said it was up for debate. Gaijin made a decision. It’s an American plane going in with the American line up.Why would it go to USSR anyway?
If people can just start accepting this then it is a pathway for many new vehicles if that matters to you.
Maybe controversial but so is the BR system,CAS,Copy paste and lack of era matchmaking.Just something else to suck up if you want to play War Thunder.
This is what I keep getting told anyway.
Like others have said, the T-90 Bhishma has not been anywhere near as popular as Smin/Gaijin want us to think. But they know, they see the numbers, they hear the complaints.
I doubt it will be the same though. A lot of people love playing US air, and I’m sure some people (like myself) will be grinding for this plane so they can more efficiently grind through the US tree.
I mean the FBI and the State Department surely don’t want US parts used in the Iranian Tomcats since 1981, so specs don’t really mean that much, do they? Bolts are bolts etc etc.
Tons of people have made clear arguments for why, even though Gaijin has decided differently. I can see why you wouldn’t know this though, since you claim no one cares for the history lesson.
That was just a response to this comment by smin -
Evidently by the number of people excited for this vehicle. It appears it was the correct choice and one there was demand for. It was never going to go anywhere else.
Sorry for the lack of formatting, on mobile.
And not a single one has been a good one.
That’s a matter of perspective
Entirely subjective.
Objectively no good argument has been made as to why 100% American made plane operated by nation with no representation should go to a completely different tree than US tree. Its like giving Moderna to a western tree.
Iranian MiG-29 and F-4 with off brand Aim-54s as well when gaijin?
Yes and no, because the parts fabricated have to be identical to the prior parts they are replacing. It’s mostly the same thing with parts in your car - You can’t very well replace your radiator with a radiator that is entirely different in shape and specifications and expect it to work the same, now can you?
The parts in question may be different materials, weight and possibly overhead design - But they have to match the necessary specifications, size and function requirements to actually function as replacement parts. Otherwise you’re trying to get by through putting a square block in a circle hole and it’s just not going to work.
I am not having a go at anybody ,I’m trying to be positive.
Just saying ,we could have so many different things on here if we could overcome
the “where to put them” issue.
I am on a bit of a personnel drive to try and lighten up a bit and try and just enjoy the game.
So much good ,Persian,Indian,Asian and South American kit Gaijin could slip in.
Just let up on the rules a bit. There are Gaijins rules to let up on I guess.
this MiG-29 could go to USSR just fine
Does anyone know whether or not this tomcat will gain access to the R-27T?
I would support this as an event for Russia. Mostly just to make these angry Russian mains happy :)
Cool plane tho I love when countries slap the most out of pocket stuff on anything they can find
Yep (but I would rather have an Iranian TT since it has an amazing ground TT potential, along with perfect sub tree possibilities)
Nobody cares unless you just want to keep going round in circles over something that doesn’t matter.
