Get the IAR-93B in the Flight of the Vulture Event!

The AMX is quite fun with the 45G Pirhanja(?) missiles. But there are only two and they are susceptible to flares :(

Nope, no R-60.
Only locally produced R-3S under license which were named A-91.

Sadly, the IAR-93 never got countermeasures.
The Yugoslavian version J-22 got countermeasures as a later modernization in it’s service life.

happens

unlucky
So its gonna be DOA

Depends on the BR it is at.

Most important is to have a flight model that makes the plane fun to play and not a pain in the exhaust.

For BR : I hope the BR to be somewhere between 8.7 and 9.3, but it would be best to be 8.7 or 9.0. (or start at 8.7 and be “balanced” to 9.0 if it is too good at 8.7 )

Since planes that are more capable in speed or ordnance type and quantity are already at 9.0-9.3 are F-100, MiG 19, Su-7, Etendard, Vautour, Scimitar, A-32 and at 10.0-10.3 are already Su-25 / A10 / Su-17 / Su-22

SEBAV is not countermeasures … is a cluster bomb similar with RBK-250 / RBK-500
Cmon, do minimal research …

To be fair, at least I’m not spewing out things like “It should get Aphid!!”, but yes, I agree, I should have checked there. If it is indeed only getting A-91, fairly weak, but reheat engines, no CMs, then I suppose it will be a relatively low BR, depending on how well it can dogfight.

Maybe Sniper since we are getting higher br premiums now?

Would love to know what this man said before the boot was put on him and he was cencored :)

He was trying to start a flame war because I beat him in an argument on his cope post in a different topic. It was along the lines of “something something Russian bias something something F-15E nerf”

I’m fairly certain that it’ll end up at 9.7 to match the T-2, J35A, Milan, Harrier GR.1, etc
Maybe 9.3, if they are feeling generous (Yak-38 having similar performance and weapons at 9.3)

For now it does look like that yes. It’s T/W at MTOW is barely .45 which isn’t the greatest. The maneuvering capacity should be semi decent, along with a pretty great burst mass.

It is a subsonic plane that can break the speed of sound only when it is empty and when it is in a dive.
Any type of load significantly reduces its flight characteristics due to weak engines

Planes have more statistics than just their general flight characteristics.
The kind and amount of missiles it gets will be a major factor when it comes to the BR, since both the R-60 and the R-13Ms are much better than what most planes up to 10.0 get.
And let’s not forget that it gets two Gsh-23 cannons with 200 rounds each, effectively double the firepower of a MiG-21 or MiG-23.

skip for me IDK unless its something for the US, cause Im a US main

You are missing out on a lot of very fun and interesting vehicles in that case.

well I would never use it anyways so… (SHRUG), looks kinda cool though

Its gonna be an interesting vehicle, I need to find the documents i have on the aircraft specifically the J22. However im unsure if the IAR-93 ever carried the R-60. I believe it was planned to be implemented following a similar project that Yugoslavia carried out in the 90s however it never came into fruition. same goes for Mavericks which were only seen on the J-22s
