I can only count the Freccia, and even it cant launch on-the move and has different firing mechanism.
It is more mobile thus higher by BR.
Plus wheeled vehicles usually get higher BR whatsoever

its faster sure, but mobility is not only faster its also agility which a wheeld vehicle isnt as good in
a wheeled vehicle is also a larger target, and no hydro suspension means it cannot get the extra gun depression

From what I can see the Patria only has a adjustable ride height
Russia itself doesnt need this, as it has just better options of BTR-90 and it’s variants. Being better in terms of chassis and weaponry options.

Because of Gaijin’s poor modeling of BMP-3, modeling it as manual reload instead of implementing rammer mechanism it has IRL, same with it’s IRST (for Russian BMP-3, this one is not supposed to have it)
Same weaponry as btr90 can get btw.
BTR-90 can get better. Like Bahcha-U (BMD-4) turret, or Berezhok (BMP-2M) or just BMP-2 or it with AGS-17 or other small mods.
Even chassis itself would be faster, better armored, would have full reverse and rotate on spot. Would have spall liners with BMP-2M turret, also addons for cages and 4S24 ERA.
Just overall better vehicle.
Rosomak is just a licence built Patria both have it as they have it listed on the site
