yeah yet idk if the turret has any armor or what tbh there is absolutely no info about armor capabilities
yeah thats the one i mean, but dont know if the german version will have strike shield, since germans werent realy a fan of era and aps since i could hurt surrounding trops. Leo 2A8 only has it since development and survivablity forces into that direction
Realy lookling forward to the Skyranger as well, finaly a gepard succesor, but first and foremost gajin gonna need to fix AHEAD else it is worthless and sadly i doubt they gonna give it APS xD possible to be equipped but i doubt it

It may have some armor on the turret, just by judging how large it is compared to the hull
thats what we said with we are happy with any Lynx variant, there is the 35mm gun as well

would be amazing but imagine a KF51 the KF51 its said to have more armor than the 2A7 being much lighter and with an autoloaded 130 mm gun with DM73/KE2020NEO

It’s what I said as well. Again, I never disagreed with that.
All I stated was no on the Hungarian specific one. & since I didn’t know Shadow edited his post to include those, I was unaware of position changes.

No;
KE2020 = DM73 (basically old DM63 that’s flying faster, maybe has a new composite sabot)
KE2020Neo = new development, projectile weight of 10kg, new composite sabot, made to defeat Relikt at excessive ranges - it’s basically the German equivalent of M829A4, its official name is DM83.

for what i’ve understood KE2020NEO its a complete rework of the apfsds wich means not only the case or materials are being replaced but the apfsds its most likely getting a change in their shape and in their components kinda like how they did with the DM53, but now this one is being made to defeat relikt and much higher ammounts of armor
Not so much a “rework”, it is a completely new round. It’s not related to DM53/63/73 at all. It’s longer, heavier and will likely fly faster than DM53 originally did.
even so we would have to wait many many years to get any relevant info at least like penetration and performance
Oh yeh, it’s still in development pretty much (but it’s supposed to enter state qualification phase next year). The only thing we’ve been really told is that it will be 20% better than DM63 and will defeat Relikt at excessive ranges.
