If Lynx gets fixed Puma gets fixed. Same FCS, so… that justification doesn’t hold water.
@AlvisWisla this is the internal gajin bug list of the Puma vehicle, we tried very hard to get them to fix stuff didnt happen
only the ones abou the gun would share the same problem with the KF41

The funny part is that the AHEAD shells could be changed to proxy shells since they’d effectively function the same way, but they’ve shown no desire to implement that as a stopgap measure.

You claim germany is strong and popular yet you dont actually know what top tier is like? Man you have no idea what your talking about. German top tier is lacking in so many ways. The cas sucks compared to the big 2. Its mbts have been left behind. Youve got 3 leo 2s in the tech tree, An ifv thats horrendously bugged, a bagelpanzer that is still missing features while the 2s38 gets everything it did AND didnt actually have, and a single competant helicopter.
Gaijin takes liberty after liberty with russian vehicles but germany? Oh heck naw.

While i partially agree that germany doesnt need the kf41 because its got many other options like the th400 both 105mm/120mm versions, the ACV puma variants, the marder 2, the marder 1 with the swiss turret, the marder light tank project, the luchs, the super low recoil testbed, the boxer ifv, the tam VCTP, the marder clovis fl20/105, the matador spaa, the faun krakka terrier, the spz 11-2 kurz, the leo 1a4, leo 1a6, the stealth leopard.
But gaijin has shown no effort to add any of those to germanys main tree.
While the closest thing to a german prototype is going to italy.

I did my research, no mention of APFSDS interception.
I love IFVs, and I also love having to not push through an inferior vehicle to get to Spike PUMA when it’s added.
All of the issues that impact in-game performance are weapon system related.
IDK if I trust that the in-game turret traverse of 50 degrees per second is wrong.
The armor issues would be present on Lynx as well since it has less armor; On top of having a crewed turret.

The Lynx variants not in service should go to Germany, and any other nation that trialed them, I’ll agree to that as that’s the rule as well.
Its not Hungarian though. Its a German ifv in Hungarian service.

that is were you are wrong currently with the aps coming it even has more armor and it is still in dev server with improvements coming as well
Most of those are irrelevant to high/top tier germany where its lacking most, and some of those arent autocannon armed IFV’s, which germany really needs at high tier for lineup variability, reduction of overal lineup spawn cost, and adaptability.
One of the biggest problems for the perception of germany is that gaijin keeps adding these 9.x vehicles very few if any person actually cares about at the expense of the reast of the german TT.
That’s talking about improvements to the APS, not current versions.
Which sure, might be a software update, but the one we have on Lynx in-game wouldn’t be the testing version.

HEATFS protection is fine, but as dotEXCEL showed, the only APFSDS protection is currently in testing, not in-use.
There is a race between Trophy, StrikeShield, etc to create APFSDS defeating APS, and it’s still in development.
