Germany needed Early Eurofighter now. or at least Polish or Dutch F16s

This is the reason why I simply tossed Germany aside last year during the summer. The constant sidelining and double standards. Bought F-5C, Draken XS and A-5C and grinded out enitre USA/CHI/SWE aircraft techtrees as well as some premium tanks for USA and CHI and grinded ground vehicles until BR10.0.

Have more fun playing these nations anyway. Once you start playing other nations than Germany, you notice how hand holded the other nations are. Especially American planes and Chinese ground vehicles of soviet origin where you can just hold W to win lol.

After giving Netherlands to France, it’s clear more than ever that Gaijin holds some kind of grudge against Germany.

I mean F-15 is 13.0 (i think?, havent played the update yet) with 8 AMRAAMs and japan has one with 4 AAM-4 which is far better than AMRAAM so would most likely be either 13.3 or 13.7

Yeah but it’s not nearly as maneuverable as a gripen, which you claimed is less maneuverable than a eurofighter. Same missiles on a better plane= higher br.

Yeah, compression is a bitch though these days so its impossible to tell, if it was russian it would be at 10.3

The su27sm gets two less arh missiles than the f15c, is less maneuverable, slower, doesn’t get drop tanks, and the arh missiles it gets are worse, yet it’s the same br. Russian bias doesn’t really apply here.

Yeah i agree, eurofighter shouldn’t be 13.3 it should be 15.3. The gripen a in it’s current kneecapped state shouldn’t be anywhere near the gripen c. Same with the f15a and c. These planes are op in a downtier and useless in a uptier.

Yeah, decompression needs to happen but thats not the point of this topic so unless you want to take it to DMs then we should probably stop before stona smites the thread

Fair enough. Did Germany try to make any fourth gen planes before the eurofighter? Like abandoned projects. Something like the lavi

Not sure as im not that into german vehicles, I believe they were going to get the Su-27 but reunited before that could happen, in fact they treid to sabotage the Eurofighter as well, they just hate 4th gens apparently

Yeah I don’t know shit either I only really researched Chinese planes. Germany likes tanks more than planes, dunno why anyone would pick the German air tree in the first place.

Meh it has good aircraft at most BRs, I love the 109s and 190s, but after WW2 their aviation industry just kinda went off a cliff

It did, and they did start projects, like the VAK, but cancelled them before they could be complete

Hard to justify designing planes when your economy is fucked and America and Britain already made plenty good planes.

That says the MiG 29 OVT can carry them, not the g. Though that could be added if you could find more sources about its specs.

Mig 29G radar can launch R77, it just need ‘minor modifications’ by Gaijing and it will be possible. The J11A carry the exact same radar as J11 but has ability to fire R77, so why does the J11 not have R77 capabilities? Well only the developers know as they have ‘sources’
