I will keep this short.
Germany is unbalanced, and suffers compared to other nations.
German Teams are blind by design while other nations have a rich selection of Light Vehicles that can turn any Ground RB match into a strategic and dynamic fight with Arcade level intelligence/spotting.
How are German Teams supposed to play and win in this shape?
There is no competition to speak of here.

Germany mid tier just shows why grb got markers on anything and everywhere. Players are just THAT unaware sometimes. And even with markers they tend to struggle.
There is a huge empty void between the 3.7 Puma and the next best thing, the 6.7 leKPZ.
The only problem is the gap between the 3.7 Sd.Kfz.234/2 puma and the 6.7 leKPz M41. For all other ranks, Germany gets a wide variety of vehicles with scouting.
But please understand that the Sd.Kfz.234/2 is extremely uptierable and stays viable way until 7.0.
This gap is actually kind of similar compared to other nations in this game. Ex.g. Japan with M-24 > M41A1. USA/Italy with M-24 > M18. Sweden with M24 > Pbv510 (with Strv 74 also having scouting), and Israel with AML90 > Namer 30…
A solution would be, like with USSR tanks, to give 1 or 2 SPG vehicles scouting abilities.
More vehicles with scouting at ranks III and above would be greatly appreciated for almost all nations.
Germany literally is one of the best tank nations in the game.
